My Background

As the owner and operator, I have more than 30 years of experience directing and leading organizations.  My expertise has been in the development of residential and day programming for a diverse population. There is nothing I’d rather do with my life than help people of all ages live comfortably and confidently, wherever home may be.

I was inspired to open SYNERGY HomeCare in 2010, after my personal family experience. At that time, I was a Director of Special Needs, helping individuals find the right residential services for their unique circumstance. So, when my father’s diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease resulted in his needing care to stay at home, I recognized that HomeCare was a solution for my family by offering personal care, housekeeping, and companionship. In addition to my siblings and I worried about my mother as her role being a Caregiver increased. Ultimately, HomeCare was our solution to ensuring dignity of choice for my Father, and Respite Care in the home for my mother.

My family faced many of the same questions and decisions that you and your loved ones are experiencing. We have a depth of understanding about the challenges; and rewards, when faced with choices about Long- or Short-Term Care.

I am proud to have supported over two thousand families on their unique journey. I know from personal experience that the small acts of kindness from a caregiver can last a lifetime in your memories. At SYNERGY HomeCare, we understand and aim to provide unique and dignified care for every client and family we serve.

Ultimately, home care was our solution to ensuring dignity of choice for my father, and respite care in the home for my mother.

My family faced many of the same questions and decisions that you and your loved ones are experiencing. We have a depth of understanding about the challenges and rewards when faced with choices about long-or short-term care. The care and confidence you will receive from SYNERGY HomeCare is also a gift from my father, as he’s the catalyst behind me finding my true passion and helping thousands of people just like you navigate uncertain times with confidence and compassion.
