High-Caliber Customer Service

SYNERGY HomeCare Seattle has no time minimums for visiting clients. We offer care in one hour chunks in private homes. In the vicinity of our main operating area, which is in Seattle proper and West Seattle, we routinely string together visits to several clients consecutively in order to provide service in small time units at a reasonable price.

Our service is superb. We answer our main phone number 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The person who answers is an employee who knows the business, the clients and all the caregivers. In the event you need to talk to one of the principals in the firm, they know how to reach us at all hours.

When describing the level of service to prospects, I tell them that when you hire us, it is like having a new son-in-law, with 70 family members. The only difference is that we do not drop in for family meals.

We have repaired items in client’s homes, delivered items in my pickup, talked to lawyers, doctors, social workers on behalf of our clients.

We manage interface with Long Term Care insurance firms.

Our home care services are available in Queen Anne, Madison Park, Magnolia, Capital Hill, Belltown, Downtown, West Seattle, Burien, Beacon Hill, Columbia City, Seward Park, Rainier Beach, and Normandy Park.

Solutions to Your Needs

It is routine for our caregivers to document significant findings after a client home visit via email. We pass that information to remote children of clients in order to ensure they have current and accurate information about their parents or loved ones condition.

There is no limit to what we will do to work with you so that you can be the family or loved ones, and we take away the load of concern that you now bear as you worry about their welfare and future.
