All of our caregivers have successfully completed SYNERGY HomeCare training, passed an extensive criminal background check, and are bonded and insured. Based on your customized plan of care, your caregiver is matched with your schedule requests, and the caregiver’s availability, skills, personality, and interests in order to provide you the in-home care experience that best meets your needs.
We recommend that you schedule a no-obligation in-home assessment as proactively as possible, so we can establish a client profile, matching you or your loved one with the most readily available caregiver who can best support your customized plan of in-home care. Even in the most urgent situations, we strive to fill immediate in-home care needs as quickly as possible.
Family members play a critical role in developing the best plan of care, and maintaining an optimal in-home care experience for their loved one. We believe communication is key. Our client management system allows our caregiver to provide daily, real-time feedback on their client interactions. We will proactively share progress, observations and/or concerns directly with the responsible family member as often as needed, or requested.

There are several Long-Term Care insurance providers who offer full or supplemental reimbursement benefits for home care services. It’s important to know the questions to ask and we’re here to help.
Some Medicare Advantage plans may cover non-medical in-home care services depending on the plan. However, Medicaid reimbursement is based on financial need, and the rules on if and how much non-medical, in-home care services are covered are state-specific. Billing procedures can vary by method of invoicing, whether direct bill or reimbursement. Most SYNERGY HomeCare offices accept all major credit cards and offer electronic funds transfer options.
Our service agreement is clear and transparent, there are no hidden fees. The most typical additional cost you may incur is mileage when you ask your caregiver to run errands in their vehicle.
