SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe is looking for a reliable, compassionate Caregiver Floater to join our growing team. SYNERGY HomeCare helps seniors with all activities of daily living, including personal care (personal hygiene, transfers, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, etc.), housekeeping, and other daily needs as required.
As a Floater, you MUST be available anytime SYNERGY HomeCare calls for a fill-in shift, as call-offs can happen frequently and sometimes without much notice.
This position will require you to provide in-home, non-medical caregiving duties which include, but are not limited to: Personal Care Services (bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, transfers, medication reminders, Alzheimer’s/Dementia, Hoyer Lift, etc.); Light Housekeeping services, including cooking/meal preparation and companionship services to seniors.
Applicants MUST have prior experience in all “personal care” duties, as stated above, to be considered for this position! Qualified applicants must have a reliable vehicle, including proof of valid liability insurance, as you will be required to use your own vehicle to travel to each client’s home.
Hours: You must be available anytime SYNERGY HomeCare calls for a fill-in shift as call-offs can happen frequently and sometimes without much notice.
$10.00/hour with a guaranteed 40 hours a week
Required Experience:
- 6 months of experience required
- Valid auto insurance
- Must have a valid Texas driver’s license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Dependability is a must!
Applicants must be available Monday-Sunday 24/7 **Note: as a floater, you may or may not be called upon to cover shifts; however, when an open shift arises, you MUST be available to pick-up said shift at all times of the day or night when needed.
