SYNERGY HomeCare of West Knoxville is owned and operated by Yvonne Coffey and Caitlynn Ball, a professional team of compassionate entrepreneurs. Yvonne has over 20 years of experience as a general manager with a medical equipment provider, in addition to time spent as a respiratory therapist. Caitlynn worked in corporate sales before she and her stepmother ventured into ownership roles with their own retail business in Knoxville. After interacting with the people of their community, they recognized that they have the necessary skills to bring a high-quality home care service to their hometown area.
