Home care is a great choice for seniors, people with Alzheimer’s disease, and people recuperating from injuries or medical procedures. We would like to introduce ourselves, our staff of caregivers and our home care services to you and your family.

I am an Innovative, compassionate, and enthusiastic healthcare professional with a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration & Management, with an emphasis in Cybersecurity, postgraduate certification in Data Analysis and an undergraduate degree in Nutrition/Dietetics. I dedicated years of experience collaborating with and leading others in the provision of world-class patient services and continuity of care. As a former Rhode Island State Long Term Care Ombudsman volunteer, I aim to advocate, teach and empower the community on residential rights for changes to improve their quality of life and care. Identifying and implementing clinical quality initiatives, risk management and meaningful-use quality measures as been a vital strategy to improve processes in the healthcare sector. As a licensed Life & Health Insurance Producer, I am highly proficient at creating collaborative work environments where ideas to overcomes objectives to ensure that ideas are heard, acknowledged, and appreciated in the workplace. I also consider myself to be a critical thinker and problem solver with a passion for learning. Readily embrace changes and view them as opportunities to learn and grown.

I have built a solid foundation in the healthcare/medical field not only through my previous work experience as a Private Duty Caregiver/Home Health Aide, Residential Director at a Group home, Nursing shift Administrator at a Hospital and Clinic Coordinator of major federally-funded heath-and-wellness-related programs. My experience collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best practices and outcomes for patients goes a long way. In which had lead me to take the initiative to establish a facility that embodies a person-centered care that advocates and caters to the needs of the vulnerable population and those whom wants to age in place.

SYNERGY HomeCare of Warwick offers an in-home personal assistance, such as in-home personal care and companionship, child care , meal, preparation, medication reminders, medical and social appointment scheduling and Management, bill paying assistance, housecleaning services and light home maintenance to seniors, the convalescing disabled persons and others who need help with daily living activities. We aim to enhance the quality of the lives of the people we serve. Providing our staff with the tools on how they can best utilize their gifts to make a difference in the lives of the people we serve. Through my success in promoting, marketing, and managing health-related community outreach initiatives. I have encompasses all facets of providing resources and information to clients, caregivers and the community by presenting and preparing reports, identifying and implementing ways to streamline and improve processes.

I have spent a great deal of my time investing and efforts obtaining many skills in building a positive, supportive, and professional rapport with administrators, physicians, colleagues, patients, caregivers and patients’ family members through my experience. I am most excited to establish the first Synergy HomeCare Center in Rhode Island to help continue the mission to serve as a transformational leader and champion of change; inspiring, advocating and influencing the vulnerable population in the HealthCare industry.
