Gilbert, Ariz. (July 25, 2022) – SYNERGY HomeCare, the fastest growing home care franchisor in the nation and an Entrepreneur Franchise 500 company, has been named a Top 200 Franchise for 2022 by Franchise Business Review and received recognition as one of the Top 100 Best Franchise Cultures.

Franchise Business Review, the leading market research firm in the franchise sector specializing in franchisee satisfaction and employee engagement, provides the only rankings of franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance.   

Winners are selected based on survey data collected from franchisees on 33 benchmark questions related to training and support, system communication, franchisor/franchisee relations, financial opportunity, market demographics, business lifestyle and overall satisfaction with their business. The brands that have the highest overall franchisee satisfaction scores are named a Top Franchise.

SYNERGY HomeCare once again exceeded the FBR benchmark, increasing overall franchisee satisfaction by nearly 6 points between 2020 and 2022.  

SYNERGY HomeCare received high marks for leadership, notably for having a clear vision, promoting a strong team culture and effectively driving the organization forward. In addition, franchisees rated SYNERGY HomeCare’s core values very positively, reporting they have a high degree of trust in their franchisor, experience high levels of mutual respect throughout the organization and believe strongly that SYNERGY HomeCare cares about the success of each franchisee’s business.

Franchisees also report high satisfaction with their peers across the SYNERGY HomeCare system. Collectively, franchisees are not only a highly active community, but they are also supportive of the brand, supportive of management and supportive of each other.

This spirit of camaraderie earned SYNERGY HomeCare a place on Franchise Business Review’s Top 100 Best Franchise Cultures, which honors outstanding franchise brands that have designed, built and continually maintained a positive franchise culture across their organization.

Franchise Business Review reports that the top 25% of franchise systems—those with the highest franchisee satisfaction—grow and outperform the competition by over 400%. To that end, Franchise Business Review creates benchmarks based on its Franchise Satisfaction Index (FSI). Benchmarks are set by comparing more than 1,100 franchise brands representing tens of thousands of franchisees. Brands that exceed the benchmark are recognized with a Top Franchise award.

  • SYNERGY HomeCare exceeded the Franchise Business Review 2022 benchmark for overall satisfaction by a notable 2.3 points. 
  • Even more significant was SYNERGY HomeCare’s leadership rating, which exceeded the benchmark by 7.4 points. 
  • Franchisees’ rating of the brand’s long-term growth opportunity exceeded benchmarks by 4 points.
