Shanna Tourtlotte – CEO
Hi, my name is Shanna Tourtlotte owner of SYNERGY HomeCare of Billings. I am a graduate of Montana State University and have a professional background in accounting and insurance. I grew up in Eastern Montana and my husband and I have 3 children, Olivia, Drake and Colton. In addition to spending time with my family, I enjoy golfing, water skiing, camping, hiking, traveling and following my children in sports.
Like most families, my family quickly brings out the game board or the cards at a typical family gathering. I remember sitting with my Grandma while she taught me the game of Pinochle. While teaching me the game’s nuances, she also instilled in me the richness and value of spending time with loved ones in the family home.
Now more than ever, people value staying in their own homes. In 2009, I joined the SYNERGY HomeCare family and over the years I have had the pleasure of helping people of all ages navigate the challenges in life that can lead to additional care needs in a variety of settings.
A successful home care agency requires compassion, organization and commitment. I bring all three of these attributes to the table, and SYNERGY HomeCare’s approach utilizes these in every care plan we create. Sherry Ross – Office Manager
Hello! I am Sherry Ross. I started my career with SYNERGY HomeCare in 2013. I’ve worn all the hats within SYNERGY and am currently managing the Billings office. I cherish my role and haven’t met anyone who enjoys their job as much as I do. We have an amazing team in Montana and our clients mean the world to me. Spending time with my friends and family is what I do when I am not working. I am originally from Minnesota and I try to get back as often as I can to fish, dip my feet in the lake and relax.
Nikki Pinkerton – Director of Client Care
Hi, I’m Nikki Pinkerton. I’ve been working with SYNERGY Home Care since 2014. I started in healthcare as a CNA in 2006. I finally found my place in Home Health in 2010. I have been doing Health Care scheduling since 2011. I absolutely love my job and work for an amazing company! I have a wonderful Husband, Tom, and 3 amazing children, Brayden, Peyton, and Madelyn. They are my world and keep me extremely busy. I’m looking forward to the opportunity to work with you and your loved ones to make the right scheduling match!
Elysa Hankes – Recruiting and Training
Hi, I’m Elysa Hankes, and I’m excited to be part of this amazing team. I’m a proud wife and mom to four wonderful girls, and I cherish our family time. Whether we’re having fun exploring rivers on our Kayaks, game nights, playing volleyball, or exploring new activities together, we love spending time together.
A fun fact about me is that I love teaching others. In Arizona, I worked as a teacher, helping children learn to read. It was amazing to see their faces light up when they finally grasped a challenging concept. Being both a teacher and a mom has really taught me the value of patience. It helps me identify different learning styles, which allows me to tailor my approach to each individual. I’m thrilled to share my passion for teaching by training and mentoring our employees. I believe that learning should be engaging and enjoyable, so I strive to bring a bit of humor into every training session. I’m looking forward to sharing ideas, growing together, and making our workplace a positive environment for everyone.
ShereeLynn Painter – Client Care
My name is ShereeLynn and I am the first voice you typically hear when you call SYNERGY HomeCare in Billings. I am married to the love of my life and we have 3 loving kids. I enjoy watching sports but NASCAR and the Dallas Cowboys are my favorites. I also enjoy a glass of red wine and love Live Concerts. I am an 80’s girl through and through! I joined SYNERGY HomeCare in 2018 and enjoy my interactions with both clients and caregivers on a daily basis. Go CATS!
Krystal Olson – Community Relations/Marketing
Hi! I’m from Whitewater, Montana… very few people know where this is, (but if you do, then you also know our mascot is the fierce & mighty Penguin!) I was fortunate enough to grow up on our family farm & ranch four miles south of the Canadian border with my parents & four brothers. My love for basketball landed me a college scholarship at Rocky Mountain College, where I graduated with a business degree. I married my husband, Bryce, in 2000. We have been blessed with three beautiful children that keep us running! Our family enjoys all sports, but our favorite sports are the ones our kids are participating in & our MONTANA Grizzlies. In the summers you will find us out on the water, soaking up the sun with family & friends on our big, orange boat! I joined SYNERGY HomeCare in 2018 and it has been the best & most rewarding career decision ever. The commitment to excellence that our SYNERGY HomeCare Team has is absolutely second to none~We are truly led by the best and have an incredible team!
