SYNERGY HomeCare of Eagan serves the southeastern portion of the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area including Eagan, Inver Grove Heights, Sunfish Lake, West St. Paul, Mendota Heights, Saint Paul, Lilydale and Bloomington.

The company is led by Bri and Jo Beltran. Bri Beltran has worked in the homecare and nursing home industry for 15 years, including a SYNERGY Homecare company in the Minneapolis area. Jo Beltran has extensive experience counseling veterans on the many healthcare benefits available to them and as served 20 years in the United States Army.

Together, they are focused on creating a culture in which caregivers are fully supported in providing high quality, personalized and compassionate care to their clients while developing professionally in their careers through company supported education and training resources. 

The Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul market is a highly regarded regional healthcare hub known for a caliber of care that consistently exceeds expectations, making it a perfect market for the brand of care the Beltrans are committed to providing to their clients.

SYNERGY HomeCare of Eagan provides clients with a wide variety of non-medical care options, from companion care and personal care to specialized care for people with chronic health conditions or recovering from illness or surgery, as well as hospice care. They intend to pursue collaborative relationships with hospice partners that focus on increased communication with clients, caregivers and agencies to enhance service.
