My mother was suffering from the end stages of pancreatic cancer and her oncologist recommended inpatient hospice. However, because she didn’t qualify due to Medicare requirements, we hired SYNERGY HomeCare for 24/7 care, in addition to in-home hospice care. As an only child, I struggled to care for my mother by myself, and If I had depended on outpatient hospice care alone I would have been in big trouble. I owe a debt of gratitude to the SYNERGY CNA’s who came to my rescue and were a tremendous help.
All the employees that we interacted with at SYNERGY were exceptional – especially Cecilia I. and Madina B. These two ladies were prompt, hardworking and sincerely compassionate. Cecilia was with my mom and I at the time of her passing. She was so wonderful and helped me both emotionally and physically accept her death. She stayed for hours comforting me and praying as my family and ministry arrived. It had to be extremely hard on Cecilia because my mother’s death was not expected so soon, but Cecilia remained strong and took care of all of us as we grieved.
After my mom’s passing, Cecilia called me almost every day to check in on me. Both Cecelia and Madina attended my mother’s funeral in their free time. I have so much respect for these ladies both as people and caregivers. I will definitely recommend your company if needed in the future.

I came to Synergy after having a terrible experience with another home care company. I reached out to Sue at Synergy after having fired the previous company. Sue was able to have a nurse at my home within a few hours of me calling her. All of their nurses were professional, kind and on time. I never had any issues with managing the care for my 83-year-old father while I worked with the Synergy staff. Not only were their nurses wonderful and respectful to my dad, but the office staff was courteous and efficient also. The owner is always just a phone call away and issues (if any) are dealt with promptly and efficiently. I was extremely happy with the services provided by the Synergy staff and would recommend them to my family and friends in a heartbeat. They allowed me to focus on being a daughter rather than a full-time caregiver for my father. Thanks, Synergy!!
