Robert and James have over 20 years of leadership experience across multiple consumer-facing industries. One of their more recent ventures includes their joint ownership of a transportation, warehousing and global logistics company called RGJ Trans LLC, based in Hartford. It was here the duo established their business philosophy: to always go above and beyond and see every client as a member of their company’s family.
Robert and James are extremely drawn to the prospect of serving their community. After spending multiple years as business owners in the area, the two have become very familiar with the region’s clientele and demographic trends. They’ve been able to witness firsthand the number of retirement-age residents who require assistance in their activities of daily living.
While they’re already familiar with providing goods and services to their area, the home care industry allows them to develop more personal connections. They believe these one-on-one encounters can directly impact their community for the better.
