Shanna Tourtlotte - SYNERGY HomeCare of DenverHi, my name is Shanna Tourtlotte and I am happy you have stopped to read about our team! My dedication and desire to help people brought me to the SYNERGY HomeCare family in 2009. Over the years, working within the Denver health care services industry, I have learned something new each day and I am continually grateful for the lessons about life, courage, adaptability and the relationships that have been developed along the way are life-long. Kiaren Acosta – Director of Operations

Kiaran Acosta - SYNERGY HomeCare of DenverHi, my name is Kiaren and I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. I attended college and earned a certificate in Pharmacy tech and later went to college to become a Nutritional Therapist but never was fully satisfied with my path. Later, I realized that my heart is with the elderly and quickly made caregiving and home care my full-time career.  Prior to joining the SYNERGY HomeCare office team, I worked in the field as a caregiver!  I started my role in the Operations department but quickly learned that I enjoy making relationships and finding great candidates to care for the elderly, so I moved into the HR department.  After learning the ropes in HR, I decided that my overall organization and my love of dealing with family members on the care for their loved ones, I moved into the Director of Operations role.  I love getting the elderly the love and care they need and deserve and so happy to be working every day in this industry! Heather Tennal – Client Care and Scheduling

Heather Tennal - SYNERGY HomeCare of DenverHello Everyone, I am born and raised here in Denver.  I have been in the medical field for close to 20 years from being in facilities to home care, hospice, and hospitals. I have a degree in Medical Specialties and have been working on getting my a degree in Healthcare Business and Management.   I am a mother to 2 daughters which can keep me very busy. I also have a small chihuahua named Patsy, she is about 12 years old. Sometimes in my spare time, I run a mechanical bull as well. Can you last 8 seconds?!?   I’m very happy to be here at SYNERGY HomeCare and look forward to continuing work with our caregivers and clients.

Giselle Sotuyo – Director of Human Resources

Giselle Sotuyo - SYNERGY HomeCare of DenverGreetings! I was born and raised in Southern California and have been living in Colorado since 2007. For the past ten years, I have dedicated myself to helping families receive the best care and caregivers for their loved one. When not at work I enjoy spending time with my family, significant other and my dog. I am a huge music and food lover and I like to attend concerts and discover some of the best eateries in Colorado. I am grateful to be a part of the SYNERGY HomeCare team and look forward to meeting and working with our clients and caregivers.

Cate Wisneski – Community Liaison

Cate Wisneski - SYNERGY HomeCare of DenverI’m so excited to be in my job at SYNERGY Home Care as a Sales Executive and Community Liaison.   I first found my passion for the Senior Care industry as I volunteered calling Bingo numbers at the local “nursing home” while I was attending the University of Oregon.   I majored in Psychology and I feel I use these skills as I interact daily with a variety of personality types!   After I graduated, I moved back to Colorado because I love the outdoor activities that our state has to offer!  I have spent the past 20 years working in sales, business development and marketing for both large corporations and small businesses.   In 2020 I made the decision to leave my job at a fast growing startup to work as a concierge at Elder Concierge Services; where I spent my days driving clients to appointments, helping them run errands and spending time keeping them company during lonely times.   I have two college aged children that attend CU and DU and I’m happy to have them nearby.   My free time is spent with friends and family, hiking, biking, and taking walks with my 120lb NewfiePoo!   I am happy to be part of the SYNERGY HomeCare team and would love to talk to you about how we can help meet your home care needs.
