We miss in-person gatherings, but love that we’re still able to gather with community partners via Zoom calls. Twice per month, a group of senior-focused professionals meet for an hour to strategize and share information. Our group includes hospice personnel, Veterans Assistance advocates, administrators from Memory Care and Assisted Living Facilities and MORE! Even if you don’t need Home Care at the moment, I would encourage you to reach out to SYNERGY HomeCare community liaisons anytime you have a need relating to your elder loved one. We would love to share our connections with our community and we will always be happy to hear from you. Call today at 303-756-9322!
