Andy Luedecke is the co-owner of SYNERGY HomeCare – serving the Mobile Bay Area. Andy graduated from Birmingham-Southern College with a degree in Marketing and Business Administration. In his role at SYNERGY HomeCare, Andy oversees Business Development and Patient Advocacy. Andy is married to Walker Luedecke and has three children, Acker, Percy, and Catherine. Andy is an avid tennis player and enjoys fishing and the outdoors in general. Andy is an active member of the Fairhope Rotary Club, Alzheimer's Association, and the ALS Association. Andy also serves on the board of Fairhope Middle School’s Future Business Leaders of America.

Tricia Stewart is the Finance Coordinator of SYNERGY HomeCare, located in Daphne, AL. Tricia oversees all aspects of our company’s finance department. She has over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance. Tricia and her husband are proud parents of two beautiful children. She was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama but moved to the Eastern Shore area in 1995. Tricia enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and reading.

Teri Roberts is the Quality Assurance Coordinator/Assessment Coordinator of SYNERGY HomeCare, located in Daphne, AL. Teri's main focus is to ensure that our clients are receiving the care and service they expect from our caregivers. She has over 15 years of experience in healthcare. She loves being a part of an outstanding team and building great relationships with our clients and caregivers.
