SYNERGY HomeCare of Cheyenne Recognized as Top Caregiving Company in the Region for the Second Year in a Row

Best of the Best Award

SYNERGY HomeCare of Cheyenne was recently recognized as a top caregiving company in the region by the Wyoming Tribune Eagle. The company was named the winner in the Home Health Care Services division of the 2022 “Best of the Best,” the official community choice awards sponsored by the newspaper.

SYNERGY HomeCare owners Rande and Rita Pouppirt revealed exactly what sets their company apart: an authentic desire to help people and make their lives fuller. They also attribute much of their success in their business to hiring great people.

“Our caregivers are the backbone of the industry, and I tell them that every day,” says Rita. “The company’s high ratings are a direct result of their personalized interactions with the people who entrust us with their care. They’re the ones making real, tangible improvements in the lives of people who rely on us for compassionate care.”

Rande and Rita own and operate two other successful local businesses, Pouppirt Architects, which was established in 1983, and Rande’s Ritz which opened in 2005. The couple became acquainted with SYNERGY HomeCare of Cheyenne when they hired a caregiver from the company to care for Rita’s mother, who has since moved into an assisted living facility. When Jeff Pederson, the original owner of SYNERGY HomeCare of Cheyenne, had to relocate and sell the company, he approached the Pouppirts, who were attracted to the opportunity to serve their community in a personal and powerful way.

“We were excited to follow in Jeff’s footsteps and continue to go above and beyond for our clients and leverage the incredible momentum he created in connecting the community with compassionate caregivers for the last 11 years,” said Rita.

Headquartered at 2400 Dunn Avenue Suite A, the company serves Cheyenne and greater Laramie County to provide clients with a wide variety of non-medical care options, from companion care and personal care to specialized care for people with chronic health conditions or recovering from illness or surgery.

Rande and Rita’s top two priorities are providing timely, reliable and personalized care to all of her clients, and making sure they find the best potential caregivers to do so.

“It might sound obvious, but we only look for the people who truly care – the ones who are in it for the caregiving process itself,” explains Rande. “This is a position that requires one-on-one care, so our number one priority is hiring the right people who can provide that level of support and empathy.”

SYNERGY HomeCare of Cheyenne is always looking to add to their team of award-winning caregivers. While licensed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are ideal candidates, anyone who is capable and eager to help others suits the requirements of joining the team. The company will provide training and certification for people new to the field.
