As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
- Provide attention to client’s non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
- Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be able to adhere to COVID19 Policies
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically and cognitively able to perform the duties of the position, including accurate documentation
- Understand the need for and principles of confidentiality.
- Have reliable transportation to and from the client’s home.
- Complete the agency’s employment process successfully including training, orientation, and screening
