SYNERGY HomeCare of Chantilly is owned and operated by Noorhan Ishaq, an accomplished professional with more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
The company primarily serves Chantilly, Herndon, Centerville, and the surrounding communities within the D.C. metropolitan area with non-medical care services such as companion care, personal care and respite care.
Noorhan earned a bachelor’s degree in business and commerce which primed her to succeed in a career in healthcare administration and management. She has worked in numerous accredited hospitals both domestically and overseas, building her foundation of knowledge in human resources, operations, and healthcare recruitment.
Noorhan knows firsthand the challenges of caregiving, having cared for her parents. Being fully immersed in their care gave her a true appreciation for the profession. With her passionate attitude and vast technical knowledge of the healthcare industry at her disposal, she decided to extend her caregiving capabilities by opening SYNERGY HomeCare of Chantilly.
SYNERGY HomeCare of Chantilly provides an array of non-medical care options. Companion care includes assistance with cooking, shopping, running errands, light housekeeping, and other tasks that allow clients to live independently. Personal care provides assistance with bathing, dressing, using the toilet, and other activities of daily life.
