We are seeking a flexible professional who can assist in the office with scheduling and who can be on call to cover caregiving shifts in Salt Lake and/or Utah County. The position will need someone who is good with elderly clients and child care clients as well. We need someone who is organized and can solve problems independently. This position is 40 hours a week total and could include weekend or night shifts if needed.

As an on-call Scheduler/Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare of Alta, you will:
Assist with schedule ensuring our clients have caregivers staffed for visits
Complete all assigned tasks timely and properly
Cover client shifts when there is no caregiver available to help
Assist clients with light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
Qualifications & Requirements
CNA is preferred but not required. Caregiving experience is a must. Office experience is desirable but not required. Training is provided.
Must have caregiving experience
Have or acquire CPR/First Aid certification
Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test
National background check
A valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance/registration, and a reliable car (preferred)
