Meet Beatrice Ashu the owner of SYNERGY HomeCare in Southwest Houston. She is currently the owner and administrator of her own SYNERGY HomeCare franchise. Beatrice decided to take on running the franchise because of her commitment to helping her community. This is not the first time that she has demonstrated a passion for promoting the welfare of others. She began her career as a Senior Case Manager for the Mental Health Authority where she spent her field time working with individuals living with various intellectual disabilities. Her previous positions include being a vocational rehabilitation counselor for the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitation Services (DARS) and undertaking the role of guardian case manager for Harris County Protective Services. Being able to commit to the care and wellness of others is a trait that lies at the heart of these positions and is a cause near and dear to her heart.
