About SYNERGY HomeCare of Central Dallas
SYNERGY HomeCare of Central Dallas is led by Ida Lapinid, a registered nurse with 34 years
of health care experience, including 15 years working in the intensive care unit which also
extended through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ida and her team of caregivers provide residents of Central Dallas with a range of services
including companion care, personalized in-home assistance, and specialized support for
individuals managing chronic health conditions or recovering from illness or surgery.
Before becoming a registered nurse, Lapinid spent her early career as a professional caregiver,
where she discovered the value she could offer by helping people age gracefully in their own
home. Throughout her whole life, taking care of people has always been her passion, however,
she never realized the importance of providing basic companionship until she entered the
caregiving profession.
Shortly after dedicating herself to bettering the lives of others, Lapinid took the next step in her
caregiving career which was to earn her Registered Nurse certifications and start helping people
in clinical settings. She brought a unique perspective that took into consideration the needs of
clients at home as well as in the hospital, which she will now also utilize as the owner of
SYNERGY HomeCare of Central Dallas.
SYNERGY HomeCare of Central Dallas provides a wide range of non-medical in-home care
options. Companion care includes assistance with cooking, shopping, running errands, light
housekeeping and other tasks that allow clients to live independently. Personal care provides
assistance with bathing, dressing, using the toilet and other activities of daily life.
