As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
- Provide attention to clients’ non-medical home care needs
- Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, transportation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, healthcare professionals involved in the Care Continuum, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual, consistently covering shifts, and staying current on continuing education and skills lab training offered at no charge by Synergy HomeCare

Qualifications & Requirements
- Have or acquire CPR/First Aid certification
- Negative TB SKIN Test
- Pass Texas background check
- Pass National background check
- A valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance/registration, and a reliable car (preferred)
- CNA or at least 6 months professional caregiving experience
- Requirements may vary based on State requirements
