Immediate need for a FULL-TIME Caregiver in the Coatesville and Downingtown areas.
SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for caring and compassionate caregivers with safe driving records, to provide quality hourly and live-in shifts.
SYNERGY HomeCare is a nationally known, well respected non-medical home care company. Our office is located in Downingtown, Pennsylvania.
All caregiver candidates must have 6 months or more experience in providing care, including lifting and transfer, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation assistance, and companionship services.
Essential Functions Include:
- Companionship – conversation, emotional support, help with morning and bedtime routines, etc.
- Homemaking – light housekeeping, laundry, running errands, grocery shopping, meal preparation and clean up, etc.
- Personal Care – bathing, toileting, and dressing assistance, walking assistance, escort to doctor’s visits, and medication reminders, etc.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Compassionate and Caring with Positive Attitude
- Proof of Eligibility to Work in the US
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Pass a National Criminal Background Check
- 6 months of Caregiving Experience with Verifiable References
- Have reliable transportation, current driver license, proof of current auto insurance
- Communicate effectively in writing
- Provide evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) Test
- Be responsible, timely and dependable
- Have phone, email, and access to the internet
