SYNERGY HomeCare based in Redmond is owned and operated by the husband-and-wife duo of Justine and Randy Ball, two Oregon natives with a passion for service. The company serves Redmond, as well the surrounding towns of Bend, Terrebonne and Tumalo.
Randy served 12 years in the military during which he served four deployments and earned multiple honors before being honorably discharged this past November. Throughout his years of leadership within the military, he has developed a reputation as being a “servant-leader,” a trait that has helped him segue into the world of homecare ownership.
Justine, who earned her bachelor’s degree from the Medical Institute of Tucson, started her career as a medical assistant and is now in healthcare administration.
While working on the clinical side of healthcare, Justine fell in love with the feeling of making a difference and improving someone else’s quality of life. She quickly came to appreciate the value of forming genuine connections with her patients, which is now an area of emphasis for every caregiver on the SYNERGY HomeCare team.
The company also prioritizes care for military families and veterans.
SYNERGY HomeCare based in Redmond provides a wide range of non-medical care options. Companion care includes assistance with cooking, shopping, running errands, light housekeeping and other tasks that allow clients to live independently. Personal care provides assistance with bathing, dressing, using the toilet and other activities of daily life.
