We are seeking CHHA’s to join our independently owned and operated national agency. SYNERGY Homecare offers:

  • Competitive pay with direct deposit

  • Mileage reimbursement 

As a CHHA with SYNERGY Homecare, you will: 

  • Provide attention to client’s non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
  • Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation and medication reminders.
  • Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming and getting in and out of bed or chair.
  • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members and co-workers.
  • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.

We service clients in their homes throughout the following areas:  

  • Princeton, Plainsboro, Lawrenceville
  • Pennington, Hopewell, Ewing
  • Flemington, Lambertville
  • Monroe Township, Jamesburg, Cranbury
  • Bridgewater, Somerville

Schedules that are currently available: 

  • Live-in , permanent and temporary 
  • Hourly, mornings, afternoons, overnights
  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM AND 11PM – 7:00 AM
  • 9AM TO 1 PM
  • 5PM TO 9PM
  • 10AM TO 2PM
  • 5PM TO 9PM
  • 8AM TO 1PM

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Must have current New Jersey CHHA license
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be passionate about caring for people
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to fulfill assignments reliably and be on time
  • Must be able to maintain relationships with clients and CareTeam members
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to show proof of auto insurance (if applicable)
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
  • CPR and First Aide certifications are preferred
  • Must provide evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test and physical
  • Must be able to pass a national criminal background check
  • Must be vaccinated for COVID-19 or willing to get tested weekly
