We are looking for CNAs/Caregivers that can work PT/FT hours, weekdays and/or weekends.

As a CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
- Provide clients with ADL’s as directed, but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
- Assist with Hoyer lifts and mobility devices
- Assist client medication reminders.
- Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration.

Qualifications & Requirements
- CNA certification
- Current CPR certification
- Current PPD in the last 12 months
- Pass criminal record and background check
- Reliable transportation/Valid driver’s license
Synergy HomeCare has immediate openings for CNA’s and CHHA’s to assist a dementia client on a one-on-one basis. Care will take place at a skilled nursing facility. Shifts can be broken down into 6 hour increments. Care is 7 days a week. Pay rate is $12/hr.
Qualified candidates will have great personal and prior employment references, a clean background check, and a patient disposition.
