The advent of home care into our lives came after Angela’s sister Grace received the shocking diagnosis of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. This horrible illness gradually degenerated Grace’s ability to move and carry out the most basic personal tasks. Early in the progression of her disease, Grace and her husband Frank were fortunate to find SYNERGY HomeCare of Sioux City Iowa, and became close with Crystal, their loving caregiver.
Whenever we could, we would make the 1500- mile journey to visit and care for Grace. We witnessed firsthand the positive impact that a great caregiver had on Grace, her husband, and our entire family. We feel blessed that at the end of her life, Grace had the attentive, sympathetic, and devoted company she needed. The passion with which SYNERGY HomeCare tended to Grace inspired us to join this wonderful company to provide the same excellence of care to families in our home of Southern New Jersey.

Our empathic office staff listens closely to your needs and coordinates your ideal living assistance options. Whether your loved one suffers from Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, or is rehabilitating from a surgical procedure, we provide the non-medical living assistance that fits you best.
Our primary concern is that we provide living assistance that matches your care requirements. In addition to individual residences, we also provide care to your love one in an assisted living facility. Among others, we maintain great relationships with Holy Redeemer Hospice in Swainton and Autumn Lake Assisted Living Center in Ocean View.
In an effort to expand our services and promote the proper care of seniors in this community, we are involved in local organizations and associations. We are corporate sponsors for CONTACT Cape Atlantic which provides daily telephone reassurance calls to the elderly and Dennis is on the executive committee of CVAC a local veteran’s charity that prevents homelessness. And for those veterans who served during wartime, we partner with Veteran’s Home Care to get them the home care benefits they are entitled to. When necessary, the installation of a Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS) can be added to the care plan as an additional service.
