Within the last few years, we’ve had loved ones experience life-changing events, prompting our families to search for care options. At times, that search was overwhelming. We have opened SYNERGY HomeCare as a way to help others find the type of care our families looked for – compassionate, considerate and qualified.

Ron Riggle | Co-Owner
Married to Kim since 1983 and the father of 5 crazy kids, and grandfather to ten crazier grandkids, Ron worked in the IT industry for over 25 years before opening SYNERGY HomeCare. He has a passion for serving others, and an infinite amount of energy – he recently served on the Elkhorn Public School Board, and is an active member of Bethany Lutheran Church. He has worked with Habitat for Humanity for many years, and coached youth athletics for over 20 years. Ron’s business expertise combined with his compassion for others ensure quality and integrity are at the core of what we do at SYNERGY HomeCare!
Kim Riggle | Co-Owner
Kim is Ron’s better half, the proud mama of 5 perpetually embarrassed kids who are stuck with her, and Nonie to the grandkids. She worked in the IT industry for 15 years before becoming executive director of a local non-profit organization serving the community of Elkhorn. Kim has a heart for those in need, which led her to opening SYNERGY HomeCare. She serves on several outreach committees and has served as a council member at Bethany Lutheran Church, is a member of Womenade, a community volunteer and a certified life coach, helping others to find and follow their passions. Kim’s energy, enthusiasm and passion for helping others are at the heart of SYNERGY HomeCare’s commitment to compassionate care!
