Office Administrator

Overview

SYNERGY HomeCare MSP Metro is seeking an Office Administrator who would be responsible for general office duties and oversight. Responsibilities include onboarding new employees, assigning training, client communication & phone answering, and inputting data into our software system.
This position is on-site in our Roseville office, Monday-Friday.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or equivalent
One year office experience required (Two years preferred)
Knowledge of general office procedures
Computer literacy required
Word processing skills preferred
Secretarial skills preferred
One year of experience in Home Health (preferred) or healthcare
Recruiting or sales background preferred

CLASSIFICATION:

Full Time: 32-40 hours per week
