SYNERGY HomeCare of Fairfield Provides Employment Opportunities and Compassionate Care

Fairfield, CT - March 27, 2012 - SYNERGY HomeCare, national non-medical home care franchisor is proud to announce the opening of its newest location in Fairfield, CT.  Owned and operated by Laurie and Jay Kiley of Trumbull, the company will provide 24 hour care to residents of Fairfield, Easton, Bridgeport, Stratford, Trumbull, Weston, Westport, and Wilton.

SYNERGY HomeCare serves people of all ages with companionship, personal care and homemaking help.  With a clientele ranging from elderly persons who want to age independently at home, to those recovering from surgery and chemotherapy, to new mothers, the company will be able to help many local individuals and families.

Providing care for specific needs is also part of SYNERGY HomeCare’s service list. For people with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, Memory Care is available.  For those caring for their sick or aging family members, respite care is an option.

“Providing quality care with dignity and respect to you and your loved ones, as we would want for our own family members, is how we approach the business,” says Laurie.

Jay adds, “We are thrilled to be a part of the ever expanding SYNERGY HomeCare Family, joining the three current Connecticut SYNERGY HomeCare offices in Danbury, Stamford and Greater Bristol”.

Jay Kiley has experience running national and regional programs for Fortune 500 companies while Laurie’s background as a Dental Hygienist has focused on providing quality patient care to people of all ages. They chose to open a SYNERGY HomeCare franchise because they wanted to make a difference in the Fairfield County community.

Kiley is also a Regional Developer for SYNERGY HomeCare working with local business people who are looking to become SYNERGY business owners.

The Fairfield location is currently searching for compassionate, outgoing, reliable individuals to employ as professional caregivers.  The company currently has a bench of twelve caregivers and wants to expand that number to thirty-five.

“Home care is a 24 hour business.  We need to fill shifts round-the-clock.” says Kiley. “We look forward to hiring many talented people and are currently accepting applications.  We expect that SYNERGY will hire several hundred employees statewide over the next few years,” adds Kiley.
