It\u2019s no wonder then that the vast majority of seniors would choose to remain at home throughout aging if given the option. And thankfully, that option is a viable one for many with the help of professional in-home <a href=\"https:\/\/synergyhomecare.com\/il-chicago-60618\/\">senior care<\/a> support: one-on-one support that is available right when a senior needs it, without the need to press a \u201ccall nurse\u201d button and wait for attention. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In contrast, especially during times of crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic, long-term care facilities, once considered an inevitable part of aging, have become something older adults and their families want to avoid at all cost.
