SYNERGY HomeCare of Idaho Falls is proudly owned and operated by Natasha Ohene Opare and Emmanuel, a husband-and-wife team dedicated to making a difference in their community. Natasha draws on her extensive experience as a registered nurse, having cared for clients across a wide spectrum of needs. Natasha leads a compassionate and well trained and certified team of caregivers serving residents in Bonneville, Bingham, Jefferson, and Madison counties in South-East Idaho.

A Personal Mission, Rooted in Compassion
Natasha’s journey as a Registered Nurse spanned her entire adult life. From pediatrics and geriatrics to labor and delivery post-partum care, she has supported individuals at every stage of life. While she thrived in clinical settings, her true calling emerged when she cared for her own mother-in-law in her later years. This experience and many personal experiences as home-health nurse, ignited her passion for home care, where she could make a more profound impact in the lives of families and individuals of all ages (0 to 100+) in her community. Emmanuel, a devoted husband and a father of five, attributes his deep commitment to caregiving to his upbringing. Raised in a family that valued service and advocacy, he learned early on the importance of standing up for and supporting the vulnerable.

Caitlin Morgan, Caregiver Support Specialist
As the Caregiver Support Specialist at SYNERGY HomeCare, I focus on hiring, training, and supporting caregivers to ensure they feel confident, prepared, and valued in their roles. With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and over five years of experience providing respite care for individuals with disabilities, I understand the challenges caregivers face and work closely with them to offer guidance, resources, and ongoing support. My goal is to help each caregiver succeed in providing compassionate, consistent care while fostering a strong and positive connection with the clients they serve.

Kimberly Barbieri LPN, Scheduling Coordinator
As a dedicated Scheduling Coordinator and Licensed Practical Nurse with over 15 years of healthcare experience, I am passionate about helping clients and families maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. My healthcare journey began in 2009 as a Certified Medical Assistant, progressing to Licensed Practical Nurse in 2012, with extensive experience across hospice care, home health services, and 10 years in medical research. Born and raised in Idaho Falls, Idaho, I specialize in coordinating care schedules that perfectly align caregiver availability with client needs and preferences, ensuring seamless, personalized home care services for our local community. I am driven by the belief that everyone deserves to live their best life at home, and my personal experience as a mother of three daughters has enhanced my empathy and understanding when working with families navigating care decisions for their loved ones.

Laziah Vasquez, Community Laison
As a Community Liaison and a proud Idaho native, I am dedicated to connecting our services with those who need them. My role includes guiding families through care options, answering questions, and helping them navigate third-party benefits such as VA and other programs.

Brittney Peterson, Marketing Specialist
With a strong foundation in both caregiving and marketing, I bring a unique and deeply personal perspective to my role as a Marketing Specialist in the in-home care industry. Having spent several years as a caregiver myself, I understand firsthand the emotional, physical, and logistical challenges that families face when seeking care for a loved one.

This experience fuels my passion for connecting families with compassionate, trustworthy caregiving solutions. I use my background in marketing to craft meaningful outreach strategies, manage community relationships, and create content that truly speaks to the heart of what we do.
