SYNERGY HomeCare of Idaho Falls is proudly owned and operated by Natasha Ohene Opare and Emmanuel, a husband-and-wife team dedicated to making a difference in their community. Natasha draws on her extensive experience as a registered nurse, having cared for clients across a wide spectrum of needs. Natasha leads a compassionate and well trained and certified team of caregivers serving residents in Bonneville, Bingham, Jefferson, and Madison counties in South-East Idaho.
A Personal Mission, Rooted in Compassion
Natasha’s journey as a Registered Nurse spanned her entire adult life. From pediatrics and geriatrics to labor and delivery post-partum care, she has supported individuals at every stage of life. While she thrived in clinical settings, her true calling emerged when she cared for her own mother-in-law in her later years. This experience and many personal experiences as home-health nurse, ignited her passion for home care, where she could make a more profound impact in the lives of families and individuals of all ages (0 to 100+) in her community. Emmanuel, a devoted husband and a father of five, attributes his deep commitment to caregiving to his upbringing. Raised in a family that valued service and advocacy, he learned early on the importance of standing up for and supporting the vulnerable.

At SYNERGY HomeCare, I’m dedicated to helping clients create personalized care plans that meet their needs, allowing them to live comfortably at home. Watching my mother care for my grandmother showed me how challenging caregiving can be without proper support, reinforcing the importance of reducing family caregiver burnout. That’s where SYNERGY HomeCare shines—providing the support families need to maintain balance and enjoy quality time together. Born in Idaho Falls and now back after living in Jackson, WY, I’m thrilled to be closer to my family. With a background in Hospitality Management and Child Psychiatry, I’m passionate about helping people achieve their goals and delivering comfort and care to those we serve.

I’m thrilled to craft schedules that perfectly balance the needs, availability, and preferences of both our caregivers and clients. At SYNERGY HomeCare, the ways we can assist are almost limitless, and every solution is designed to enhance comfort and ease for our clients. By carefully maintaining and managing schedules with precision, we aim to make life a little brighter and a lot less stressful. My background and experiences, along with my college education, have shaped my passion for caregiving. With many family members dedicated to this field, I’ve seen firsthand how they’ve not only improved the lives of their clients but also formed meaningful, lifelong friendships and developed deeper empathy. Home care isn’t just about assistance—it’s about connection, growth, and joy for both clients and caregivers. I love creating these opportunities every day!
Laziah Vasquez, Community Laison
As a Community Liaison and a proud Idaho native, I am dedicated to connecting our services with those who need them. My role includes guiding families through care options, answering questions, and helping them navigate third-party benefits such as VA and other programs.
