SYNERGY HomeCare of Mangonia Park is owned and operated by the Bertrand family, namely Frecks, Lisemene, and Sarah. Together, the three are leaving behind their previous successful careers in IT, accounting, and healthcare to extend their family-first caregiving philosophy to their greater community.
The Bertrands and their team of caregivers assist residents throughout all of Palm Beach, including the communities of Lake Park, Riviera Beach, and Singer Island with a range of services including companion care, personalized in-home assistance, and specialized support for individuals managing chronic health conditions or recovering from illness or surgery.
Each of the Bertrands is familiar with balancing caregiver responsibilities on top of their everyday careers. Frecks was an IT Technician at a Fortune 500 company after graduating from Florida State University, Lisemene has worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for ten years, and Sarah was an accounting assistant in the automotive industry. Together, the Bertrands spent their free time caring for not only their family members but also their older neighbors.
The trio grew up on the belief that their community is an extension of their family, which they are responsible for nurturing and helping to become the best it can be. Whether that requires the Bertrands to provide volunteer assistance with day-to-day activities, or sacrifice great amounts of time from their already busy schedules, the Bertrands never shy away from making sure everyone is cared for.
SYNERGY HomeCare of Mangonia Park provides a wide range of non-medical care options. Companion care includes assistance with cooking, shopping, running errands, light housekeeping, and other tasks that allow clients to live independently. Personal care assists with bathing, dressing, using the toilet, and other activities of daily life.
