Synergy HomeCare offers individualized, non-medical home care services to our clients in the comfort of their own home. We are currently hiring HHA’s and CNA’s to work in Sarasota and Charlotte Counties. We offer exciting opportunities for Caregivers like yourself who are committed to providing outstanding client care and who are looking for professional growth and development. We empower our Caregivers for continued improvement in client care and we work as a team to achieve the highest standards in non-medical home care.
We provide all of our caregivers with the appropriate PPE.
Services may include:
- Companionship
- Personal Care
- Homemaking (light house-keeping)
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Transportation services
Job Requirements
- Must obtain and pass level 2 Background Screening prior to employment (AHCA) (We can direct you )
- Must have CPR/First Aid certification ( OR we can provide training free of charge )
- Current TB screening ( OR we can direct you on obtaining , free of charge )
- Must have reliable transportation, current driver’s license and proof of car insurance
- One-year experience preferred ( but lets talk … maybe you have a service industry background or you’re a nursing student )
- Have genuine compassion to help others in need
