Synergy\u2019s Care Professional of the Month for November is nothing short of a rockstar in the world of caregiving. Princess is a dedicated and compassionate mother of four, who recently achieved a remarkable milestone by graduating with honors and earning her medical assistant (AS) degree. With 19 years of experience in the home care industry, she is a shining example of commitment and passion in her field.<\/p>\n

What sets Princess apart is her deep appreciation for the elderly. She values their wisdom and knowledge, which she believes are invaluable treasures. Her genuine desire to learn from her senior clients is evident in her interactions, as she actively engages in conversations, listens to their stories, and respects their life experiences. Even while off the clock she tells her clients to reach out to her. Princess makes sure she is always open and available to her clients because she truly loves and cares for them.<\/p>\n

Princess finds her work incredibly rewarding because she recognizes the profound impact she has on the lives of her clients and their families. To those in her care, she is not just a caregiver but a reliable, dependable, and compassionate presence. She understands that many of her clients depend on her, not only for physical assistance but for emotional support as well. \u00a0 Princess\u2019s relationship with her clients is that of a beloved family member. She recently went to the 89th birthday celebration of one of her clients and Princess was included in all the family pictures!<\/p>\n

One of Princess’s specialties is working with dementia clients. Her approach to building relationships with them is built on a foundation of consistency and punctuality. She understands that routine and familiarity are crucial for those dealing with dementia, and she ensures she is always there when needed. Her unwavering dedication and reliability create a strong sense of trust and comfort among her clients.<\/p>\n

Princess’s passion for her job shines through in every aspect of her caregiving. She exudes warmth, empathy, and a true sense of purpose in her work. She goes above and beyond to enhance the quality of life for those under her care. When asked about advice she\u2019d give to an aspiring caregiver Princess said, \u201cYou have to have lots of patience, be understanding and most of all be passionate. If you are not passionate about your work then don\u2019t do it\u201d.<\/p>\n

In recognition of her exceptional dedication, Princess truly stands as a role model for all caregivers, a beacon of compassion and an example of the impact one can make by embracing this noble profession wholeheartedly. Her clients are not just recipients of her care but beneficiaries of her unwavering commitment and her heartwarming love for what she does. Princess is more than just a caregiver; she is a source of inspiration and a testament to the difference one individual can make in the lives of others.
