Jasmine became interested in the industry because of her grandmother who raised her. She was taught all the important life skills as well as compassion and respect for all that the older and wiser generations have to offer. Now Jasmine takes joy in helping those older generations in need of assistance with day to day tasks while in the comforts of their home.
One of Jasmine’s unique gifts is how she can connect with anyone. When asked how she connects so genuinely with her clients she said, “They are learning and navigating this new time in their life just like we are.” She is empathetic to her clients personal struggles and is able to help them overcome new obstacles-whatever they may be. Her patience and positive energy greatly encourage clients. She is so close with them and their families that she knows when to give them help, give them space and observe what they need each particular day. “I am in their home so I treat them like family, just like I would like to be treated if we were in my home”, she says.
