Who are Carlos and Ana?
Carlos Cuesta was raised in Princeton, New Jersey, bringing to SYNERGY HomeCare a long-standing history in human resources. He’s helped others realize their full potential and build new careers in healthcare, technology, and other disciplines.
Ana Rodriguez was raised in Chicago and moved to Florida with a history in the beauty and home-building industries. She loves to help others by being supportive and being an active listener. Her goal is to always make others feel good about themselves and come to the office each day to be a trusted resource to every client, family, and caregiver.

Carlos and Ana are 24/7 owner-operators, consistently maintaining their presence as the faces of their company, visiting clients, educating family members, and more.
