SYNERGY HomeCare of Naples is owned and operated by Amanda Mancuso, a home care veteran with over a decade of experience leading one of the largest senior care offices in New Jersey. Now, Amanda is relocating to Collier County to continue her mission of providing best-in-class care.
Amanda and her team of caregivers assist residents throughout the Collier County area with a range of services including companion care, personalized in-home assistance, and specialized support for individuals managing chronic health conditions or recovering from illness or surgery.
Amanda’s home care journey stems from witnessing her grandmother and great-grandmother’s difficult end-of-life experiences. Both her grandmother and great-grandmother faced cancer and a stroke near the end of their lives, which forced them to rely heavily on professional care. Although the Mancuso family did everything in their power to provide that care themselves, distance made it nearly impossible. As a result, her older relatives significantly struggled near the end of their lives, and this also took a physical and emotional toll on the rest of the family as well. This heartbreaking experience forced Amanda to take action.
With over ten years of experience working as the General Manager of a large, successful in-home care provider, Amanda is already well-equipped to develop meticulous care plans for Naples residents. She recalls Naples and Marco Island as her great-grandmother’s “happy place” and she understands the importance of providing its residents with genuine, love-filled care.
SYNERGY HomeCare of Naples provides a wide range of non-medical care options. Companion care includes assistance with cooking, shopping, running errands, light housekeeping, and other tasks that allow clients to live independently. Personal care assists with bathing, dressing, using the toilet, and other activities of daily life.
