The company is owned and operated by Frank DeCicco, who has spent over 20 years connecting with his community through his involvement with youth sports and his multiple family ties.
Prior to joining the home care industry, Frank spent the majority of his professional career in finance, until he reached a point where he was financially comfortable branching out on his own. In that time, he also spent over 20 years working hands-on with the children of his community as a coach for football, lacrosse and basketball at all levels. His experience as a guiding force in the lives of his community’s children offered him a glimpse into how much he could truly benefit those around him by fully dedicating himself to a career of service.
As a proud member of a large Italian family, caring for loved ones has always been Frank’s top priority. It was during his time providing and finding additional care for his father that he realized the potential good he could do by involving himself in the world of home care. Frank’s father personally benefited tremendously from his own time spent with caregivers, and that peace of mind that his father was able to achieve has strongly resonated with Frank, who wants to offer that same benefit to other families as well.
“Every person that comes through the door will become the newest member of my family, and I want to offer them every courtesy and form of assistance that I possibly can,” says Frank.
Frank wants to make himself completely available to all people in the Deerfield Beach area that may need assistance. To Frank, SYNERGY HomeCare isn’t just a way to help give back to his community, but instead, it’s a way to grow his extended family.
