Frank currently lives in Boca Raton, Florida, and has successfully operated a SYNERGY HomeCare franchise in Broward County, building a strong reputation for compassionate, reliable in-home care throughout the community.
After decades in the financial industry, Frank chose to build something more meaningful—work centered on service, trust, and impact. Over the past several years, he has also held leadership roles in education, sports training, and local government, all rooted in one common theme: helping people navigate important moments in their lives.
For more than 30 years, Frank has served as a youth sports coach in football, lacrosse, and basketball, mentoring young athletes and building strong community relationships. That same commitment to guidance, leadership, and accountability now defines his approach to home care.
Frank’s decision to enter the home care industry became personal when his father became ill. Like many families, they experienced the stress of wanting to provide care while also needing support. When they found a caregiver they could trust, everything changed—it brought relief, dignity, and peace of mind during a difficult time.
That experience became the foundation of Frank’s mission: to ensure other families receive the same level of compassionate, reliable care when they need it most.
