Are you a current CNA (Active Delaware Certification) that is not only a compassionate Caregiver with dedication, commitment, and professionalism but also one who is confident that the safety of yourself and your clients will make “Delaware Together” successful in this current challenge?
We believe that COVID-19 is beatable but also that PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), proper distancing as well as daily awareness and controls are vital. We are seeking experienced CNA caregivers who are realizing and possibly experiencing the change in the needs of those who require care and assistance in the home as opposed to other facility and group services that are experiencing pandemic challenges that we all seek to assist in any way possible.
Our CNA team is composed of great folks looking for continuous learning opportunities that reward service while being part of a local agency with national support.

As a “CNA” Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
- Provide clients with hygiene care as directed including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping
- Assist clients in walking, outdoor activities, etc.
- Develop and promote a safe environment for quality patient care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards
- Provide attention to clients’ positive environment, including companionship and social engagement
- Establish communication and new professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts as well as instilling confidence in the care

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current CNA certification (Active Delaware Certification)
- Prior experience and/or aptitude to learn the best in personal care practices and relationships
- Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test and fit for duty physical with the ability to pass Drug Test
- National background check & valid driver’s license (proof of current car insurance/registration)
- Able and willing to provide care and lifting activities up to 25lbs. – experience with devices that assist clients
- Reliable transportation required (car preferred)
