Colorful fruits and vegetables are also important. Make sure your mom eats plenty of berries, red bell peppers, and leafy green vegetables. She can often get a burst of antioxidants by starting off her morning with a smoothie made from frozen blueberries, kale or spinach, and naturally sweetened cranberry juice.<\/p>\n
