Synergy HomeCare of Cheyenne, Wyoming is growing, and we are looking to add a client care coordinator to our team! We are a customer service centric office that values treating our caregivers and clients the same way we would want to be treated.
This position requires heavy telephone work, customer interface, the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will work with our team to provide the best care and services possible to our clients and respond to client and staff issues promptly to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
We are seeking a team player to join our office with strong communication, organizational and customer service skills, a good memory, and excellent follow-through skills. You should be cheerful, have a positive attitude, excellent teamwork, and people skills, able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, all while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
• Answer incoming calls
• Assisting with onboarding and training of caregivers
• Develop strong and positive relationships with clients and caregivers
• Scheduling caregivers with clients
• Serve as a back-caregiver in the field for clients in times of need
