We (Christine and her amazing staff) have had the pleasure of providing excellent care services since 2012. At SYNERGY HomeCare we focus on non-medical home care for clients of all ages. We offer companionship, homemaking, and personal care in the comfort of the clients own home. We serve seniors looking to maintain a normal, healthy, active lifestyle.
We are also available to serve the developmentally disabled, those suffering from debilitating illnesses and injuries, expectant mothers, and even childcare services.
We can also provide short-term care to those needing assistance after surgery or during recovery, as well as transportation and care for outpatient procedures.
We can help with hospital discharges to ensure that the client is taken home, has picked up their medications at the pharmacy, has been fed, and is ready to recover in the comfort of their home.
We are registered with the State of California as a Home Care Organization (HCO #314700012). The State of California Department of Social Services has very strict compliance guidelines and performs unannounced compliance checks of both the agency and all caregivers (Home Care Aides).
Where we go
We go where our clients need us. We provide care in private homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and can provide one-on-one sitting services during hospital stays.
Our Community
Our volunteer efforts cover participating in the Susan B. Komen Race for the Cure, knitting with elders in Independent Living facilities, Stand-Down Sacramento, donating hand-knitted scarves for the homeless to The Gathering — to name a few.
Our Caregivers
Compassionate and high-quality caregivers are a priority for us. We personally screen and interview every single caregiver on our team. All of our Caregivers have cleared an extensive Department of Justice background check, have TB clearance, are First Aid and CPR certified and maintain valid drivers licenses and current automobile insurance.
