Together, they bring more than 25 years of retail management and franchise ownership experience, along with a deep-rooted passion for serving older adults and vulnerable members of the community. Their professional background includes owning and operating 7-Eleven and The UPS Store franchise locations, as well as leadership roles with national brands such as Rite Aid, Michaels, and RadioShack.
Roya and Shershah and their team of caregivers assist residents throughout Pala, Valley Center, Escondido, Ramona, Lakeside, El Cajon and Santee with a range of services, including companion care, personalized in-home assistance and specialized support for individuals managing chronic health conditions or recovering from illness or surgery.
Their journey into home care was inspired by years of working closely with clients ranging from 55 to 90 through their previous businesses. Nearly 70% of their customer base fell within this age group, and supporting these individuals with daily needs and problem-solving became a meaningful and consistent part of their work. Over time, what began as customer service evolved into a genuine calling to help older adults maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
