Having a caregiver is an extremely personal experience, which is why at SYNERGY HomeCare we go to extremes to ensure that we only hire people who care with heart and integrity. There are a lot of home care agencies to choose from but SYNERGY HomeCare believes our people truly make the difference, in the happiness and well-being of our clients.

Every day we hear profound stories from our clients, owners and caregivers about how SYNERGY HomeCare has positively impacted the lives of those we care for. The following story is just one example of how our people make the difference to improve the quality of life for our clients.

Norma recently moved from her familiar California home to a memory care facility in Colorado. Norma was overwhelmed with all of the changes in her life, and was experiencing a lot of anxiety. Norma’s family hired Jill, a SYNERGY HomeCare memory care specialist to provide additional support.  At first Norma resisted Jill. Norma would spend her days alone in her room just staring at the door. Jill found a way to build trust and establish a bond with Norma by working on a collage of pictures of Norma’s family and their travels. The relationship blossomed and Norma looks forward to Jill’s visits. Norma’s changes are astonishing, she has stopped staring at the door and has become social in her new residence. Jill’s friendship, patience and love allowed Norma to thrive. We are honored to have Jill as part of our SYNERGY HomeCare team.
