SYNERGY HomeCare is proud to serve the greater Tucson, Arizona area. We have been providing home care services to seniors and others in need since 2006. SYNERGY HomeCare is owned and operated by Lisa and Randy Landvik-Geyen.
Lisa has a background in case management, physical therapy and education. Randy has a background in marketing and business management. Lisa and Randy live in Tucson and enjoy hiking, biking, and golfing. Their favorite day trips are Mount Lemmon, Tubac, and Bisbee. Their favorite restaurants include OV Pizza & Pints, Vivace, Postino, and Wild Garlic Grill (sorely miss Poca Cosa). They have three children and two dogs.
Our philosophy is to provide the same care that we would expect for our own families. We believe that SYNERGY HomeCare is the easiest home care company in Tucson to work with. We keep it simple – we treat people the way that we would like to be treated. That is true for clients and employees. It is the culture of the company and the influence of the owners that truly makes the difference in home care companies.
SYNERGY HomeCare is active in the Tucson community and economy. All of our caregivers and office staff are employees, not contractors. We support a local chamber of commerce and participate in events that promote awareness and raise funds for nonprofit organizations.
SYNERGY HomeCare was founded in Arizona in 1999. SYNERGY has expanded over the years and provides support, training, and systems. In Tucson, we enjoy the benefits that this expertise and professional structure provide. This allows us to focus more of our time and resources on serving clients and developing employees. We are totally focused on the greater Tucson community.
