We are seeking lead caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

As a Lead Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

  • Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
  • Assist all new clients on the first day of service
  • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
  • Complete quality assurance visits and ensure all clients needs are being met
  • Report and document all finding in software and follow up as needed
  • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Have or acquire CPR/First Aid certification
  • Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test
  • Level One Fingerprint Clearance card
  • Previous caregiver/CNA experience
