As a Lead Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
- Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
- Assist all new clients on the first day of service
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Complete quality assurance visits and ensure all clients needs are being met
- Report and document all finding in software and follow up as needed
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
Qualifications & Requirements
- Have or acquire CPR/First Aid certification
- Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance card
- Previous caregiver/CNA experience
