Client Testimonials
"Thank you both for your help and please thank your caregiver for us and wish her well in her studies. You were a big help."
Warren County, VA)
"You’ve been batting 1000%. All the caregivers that you have sent are nice and have taken good care of my Mom. (We’ve had different caregivers for weekdays and weekends.) Mom felt comfortable with them from the first day, even helping with personal care and bathing. They have followed the care plans that we agreed on. They help Mom follow the doctor’s advice. I can go to work without my stomach hurting because I’m worrying about Mom... Thanks for remembering Mom on her birthday!"
Barbara R.Warren County, VA)
"Sounds as if everything went well. I hope my family was nice to your caregivers. If there was any problems please let me know. I look forward to working with you again..."

"Your caregivers are head and shoulders above any CNAs I've seen. My mother calms down and worries less with them. They know what they are doing on helping my father. Very Helpful."
CSWarren County, VA)
"Thank you so much. At a time when I wasn't sure what our needs would be, your prompt professional help was so appreciated. It gave me peace of mind when things were uncertain. Having your caregivers there provided me with peace of mind"

"You were and are an answer to prayer! It's like it was meant to be. Our caregiver is a very nice guy. They did get a walk around the block. They agreed to do exercises tomorrow."
BDPage County, VA)
"Thank you for the kind words, and particularly the competent help provided in our effort to keep [my husband] in comfort. We always knew the outcome, but were hopeful if we all tried a little harder, we would have more time.... I am grateful we had an opportunity to work together."
AJWarren County, VA)
"Thank you so much for the care Dad received. He had a nice weekend and was safe and sound when we got home. I just thank you for the superb care on such very short notice! Dad said you all even took him out to lunch after church. He especially enjoyed talking about when he lived in Germany. Dad has very fond memories of his time in Germany when in the service and that made his day. You really helped us out of a jam."

"From HomeCare Pulse third party independent survey, with permission: Customer Satisfaction Rating 95+% Customer comments: SYNERGY HomeCare is very reliable, and I like them. The caregiver from SYNERGY HomeCare is able to socialize with my mother, asks how she is feeling, helps her walk, helps her get dressed, helps her take a bath, prepares meals, and helps with anything else she needs. They clean excellently. The caregiver from SYNERGY HomeCare shows me they care by asking about what is or is not normal. They let me know any issues, and see if I am okay, or if there is anything that I want them to do. SYNERGY HomeCare has made my life easier by taking a lot of the responsibility that I had to do myself with the care of my mother."
DRWarren County, VA)
"Re respite care provided: Thank you so much for your help on Sunday. I have to say you went far beyond the “call of duty” in your care of Mom on Sunday. Mom did well while [the family caregiver] was away thanks to you, your team and family members who helped with her care while he was away."

"From HomeCare Pulse third party independent survey, with permission: Customer Satisfaction Rating 97.1% Customer comments: How likely are you to recommend SYNERGY HomeCare of NorthWest Virginia? “I have no issue with SYNERGY HomeCare. I appreciate their communication. I don't think there's anything that SYNERGY HomeCare could have done better. The office always was able to have someone here. The office was very helpful in getting me what I needed. The manager was very thoughtful. My father-in-law moved into an assisted living facility. It was a huge impact on my daily life to have SYNERGY HomeCare, because I was able to go work while waiting for the facility to be ready. The caregivers did everything that they were supposed to. The caregivers were very good with what they were doing. They were compassionate in the care that they provided. They helped with bathing and transferring."
