Step #2: In-Home Consultation/Assessment
A SYNERGY HomeCare representative will conduct a no-obligation, free in-home assessment to determine the best type of care. We will learn more about you and your family members to match the best caregiver based on compatibility and training. We’ll create a detailed care plan, finalizing the days/hours that services are needed and a start date. The caregiver will schedule a day and time to meet you before services begin.
