Office Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and compassionate individual to join our Synergy HomeCare of Westchester team. Primary Responsibilities:

• Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties
• Enter and file client and caregiver documentation in a timely manner
• Follow up with caregivers on a regular basis to ensure quality care and prevent
  burnouts
• Assist in the recruiting, hiring and onboarding of new employees including screening
  and ad placements 
• Update and maintain HR files to ensure Department of Health compliance
• Assist with client inquiries as needed
• Provide basic administrative support(Answer telephone calls, filing,etc) 
• Other administrative responsibilities as designated by the Management Team

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School graduate or equivalent (BA is preferred)
• Scheduling experience preferred but not required
• Home care and administrative work experience preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure is a must
• Positive, friendly attitude, and ability to work well in a close team environment 
• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills
• Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and practice good customer service skills in all working relationships
• Ability to conduct business in a professional and ethical manner which will consistently reinforce the SYNERGY HomeCare brand
• Able to work independently, demonstrating good judgment and initiative 
• Desire to learn and adapt to an ever-changing industry
• Must pass a national background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer
• Licensed driver is preferred(but not required)
