Office Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and compassionate individual to join our Synergy HomeCare of Westchester team. Primary Responsibilities:
- Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties
- Enter and file client and caregiver documentation in a timely manner
- Follow up with caregivers on a regular basis to ensure quality care and prevent
burnouts
- Assist in the recruiting, hiring and onboarding of new employees including screening
and ad placements
- Update and maintain HR files to ensure Department of Health compliance
- Assist with client inquiries as needed
- Provide basic administrative support(Answer telephone calls, filing,etc)
- Other administrative responsibilities as designated by the Management Team
Required Skills and Experience:
- High School graduate or equivalent (BA is preferred)
- Scheduling experience preferred but not required
- Home care and administrative work experience preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure is a must
- Positive, friendly attitude, and ability to work well in a close team environment
- Proficiency in word processing and computer skills
- Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and practice good customer service skills in all working relationships
- Ability to conduct business in a professional and ethical manner which will consistently reinforce the SYNERGY HomeCare brand
- Able to work independently, demonstrating good judgment and initiative
- Desire to learn and adapt to an ever-changing industry
- Must pass a national background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer
- Licensed driver is preferred(but not required)
